The OneVentures Innovation Fund is a $40m technology fund with an emphasis on the TIME (Telecommunications, IT&T, new media/entertainment), Life Sciences and Cleantech sectors. Companies with the ability to establish an on-shore revenue base and business strong-hold, yet with born global opportunity for growth and investment exit to maximise returns will be favoured.
OneVentures is looking to invest in small high tech companies at the seed, start up and early expansion stages.
Based in Sydney, with a Brisbane 'satellite' office, the fund will consider investments along on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia from Adelaide to Cairns.
We will also be seeking investments where we can leverage the successful operational experience of the OneVentures management team in making investees businesses investment ready for future capital raising as well as off shore expansion to generate scale in the business operations.
