Background
Hatchtech is commercialising DeOvo, the world’s first single application headlice treatment with both ovicidal and lousicidal action. The product is effective and safe in adults and is currently being trialled in children. There are potential but as yet unexploited opportunities for this product as an insecticide in the veterinary and agricultural fields.

Hatchtech founder and CSO Dr Vern Bowles has identified an exciting opportunity to develop improved parasite management products. OneVentures is working alongside Vern and his team to cultivate commercial partnerships, implement good governance protocols and guide Hatchtech through clinical trials with the US Food and Drug Administration.
